Biothis journal was an attempt to organize my thoughts, and receive constructive criticism on them. i was on the way to making a lot of changes in my life, on the road to recovery. i had hoped that putting my thoughts down in here instead of obsessing over them would help me to relax, and feedback would help me see outside myself.
